The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. PLANTERO hereby expressly objects to all deviating provisions of the contractual partners. Deviations from the General Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if PLANTERO agrees to them in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
PLANTERO's offer is non-binding. Small deviations and technical changes of the pictures shown in the shop (colours, dimensions etc.) or descriptions are possible. By clicking on the "Send order" button at the end of the ordering process, a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart is placed. PLANTERO immediately informs about the receipt of the order by an automated e-mail. This automated e-mail confirms that the purchase contract has been concluded.
All prices are net prices incl. VAT (PLANTERO is not subject to VAT), without postage and packing and without any C.O.D. charges.
Each order will only be sent by prepayment. Exceptions are a direct agreement with the owner of PLANTERO.
The shipment takes place in standard parcels of the Swiss Post. The shipping costs are listed under "Shipping costs". If necessary, different package sizes will be noted.
PLANTERO exclusively supplies Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France and Italy. Other countries can be requested via contact form. PLANTERO customers can generally assume that the ordered goods are actually in stock and that the goods will be delivered to the agreed delivery address within 2-6 days (depending on the country) after receipt of payment. Items that can only be purchased once are expressly designated as "unique" in the item description. Items that will no longer be available in the future will be referred to as discontinued items. If a product is no longer in stock, the delivery can be delayed between 2-4 weeks. If, as an exception, goods are not in stock, PLANTERO will inform you about the delay in delivery and will agree on the further procedure individually.
7. Partial deliveries
PLANTERO reserves the right to make a partial delivery if this appears advantageous for a speedy processing. This does not result in any additional shipping costs.
8. Defects in the delivered goods
Defects in the delivered goods must be reported to PLANTERO immediately after their discovery. Further processing with regard to return shipments and any cost credits shall be carried out on an individual basis.
9. Right of withdrawal
The goods ordered and delivered by PLANTERO can be returned to PLANTERO within 5 days after receipt of the goods, without giving reasons. The postage and packaging costs of the goods previously delivered by PLANTERO shall remain with the purchaser of the goods. PLANTERO shall not bear any costs incurred in connection with the return of goods to PLANTERO. There is no cash payment for returned goods. The return will only be reimbursed with a voucher. Exceptions can only be agreed with the owner of PLANTERO.
